The biggest bane in Construction Projects is faulty tenders, with ambiguous clauses and specifications leading to unnecessary litigation and subjective interpretations, change orders, cost over runs, etc. We bring to the table a wealth of experience in drawing up tender documents, be it the general conditions of contract, the special conditions of contract, the technical specifications, or, bill of quantities. The result – clarity for the contractors to quote, thus allowing for a scientific comparison of tender documents. This allows for an optimized price for any work that has to be carried out.

Over the years, we have seen very few cases of issues in interpretation, or escalations traceable to ambiguous clauses. We recommend appropriate vendor packaging models best suited for each specific project with due regard to clients’ requirement and also project requirement.
